We also differentiate by only using fresh ingredients which means we will hand juice all citrus prior to your event and hand make every syrup and other specialty ingredients. We believe that you cannot fake freshness and we will never sacrifice quality for any reason. Our prices also include adequate and sufficient payment for all of our staff which means that gratuity is already built into our pricing model.
